Return & Refund Policy

At Pokenight, we take great care in delivering authentic, sealed Pokémon Trading Card Game products. Due to the collectible and sealed nature of our items, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Returns

In accordance with UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, provided that all the following conditions are met:

The item is unopened, unused, and factory sealed

The original packaging is fully intact and undamaged

The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

Prior approval has been received from Pokenight

Any product that has been opened, unsealed, tampered with, or shows signs of use is not eligible for return or refund, due to hygiene and collectible integrity reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Opened or unsealed products

Products with damaged, torn, or altered packaging

Items returned without prior authorisation

Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items

Dissatisfaction related to card pulls, pull rates, or card contents

All Pokémon TCG products contain randomised contents, and outcomes are not guaranteed.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us using the contact details provided on the Site and include:

Your order number

Clear photos showing the item is sealed and in original condition

Returns sent without prior approval will be refused and returned to the sender.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, at our discretion, in accordance with UK consumer rights.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service

Pokenight is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages

Limitation of Liability

Pokenight is not responsible for:

Damage caused after delivery

Loss of value due to opened or unsealed packaging

Customer handling errors

Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the returned item.
